Visiting FAQ

A few common ones.

Do I need an appointment?+

Walk-ins always welcome. Appointments mean we'll have the car you want pulled inside, washed, and ready when you arrive — and the right person free to talk you through it.

Is parking easy?+

Yes. Both locations have generous customer parking right at the front. EV charging available at Portland.

Can I bring my kids?+

Please do. Both showrooms have a play area with books, building blocks, and a chalk wall. We have crayons.

What about my dog?+

Friendly dogs welcome. There's water at the door and treats at the front desk.

Can I drop off a car for service if I don't have an appointment?+

You can, but same-day service isn't guaranteed. Call ahead — most days we can fit something small in.

How long is a typical test drive?+

As long as you want it. Most are 20–40 minutes. Take it home for the night if it's helpful — just bring your license.
